The hardest day ever was my last day working with M.......no worries I have written permission to put these pics on my blog....

So here is one of the patients I'll miss the most. Little M. whom I've seen for the last two years. She's not always happy about being at physical therapy.
It's amazing...against all odds she's waving at the camera and walking like a champ...The hugs and kisses are priceless and remind me that my work can be important and rewarding....
I will miss M. and her mom who, by the way, is the greatest most patient and loving mom EVER....I cried, mom cried but I hope I'll get lots of updates on M's future progress.....

Some pics from D. in St. Paul.....a bit smaller than Kodiak.
Looks a bit deserted but people actually stay here.
I'm looking forward to warmer water....
Um, looks like this one didn't quite make it.Is this your final antler?
Very pretty church I'm guessing in St. Paul as well but I'm not sure.
King Crab for dinner....that reminds me I have to work my way through the stuff in the freezer.
I guess they get a bit more snow than us.....

I know it's not quite ours until the 30th but I'm so excited. This, hopefully, will be our new home on a much sunnier island. 10min from the beach (where you can actually swim because the water is warm enough). Our very own palm tree in the front yard.
The dining room. It's great I love the color so I won't have to paint it....I've never seen the house but I think D. did a really, really nice job of picking this one.....especially because it is not a "cookie cutter" type of house. Some of the kitchen and the breakfast nook.
The living room. I doubt that there will be a whole lot of use of the fireplace but it's nice to have. The entry way....
The guest bath....come on down and visit us......I know some of you have already announced when you'll arrive. I can't wait to have a real bathtub again....
Backyard, complete with a screened in patio which will come in handy when the bugs come out.
So far so good, as long as we get to close at the end of the month. Good news is that the house was appraised for much more than we bought it for.

Our new camper....if that's what they'll send us.... With Devin going very unexpectedly for an early deployment (what else is new) I got stuck making some big decisions. He was only here for 1day after going to Mobile and house hunting(and no I'm not whining) so since he picked the house (that I'll get to close on), I picked the camper.
Ordering a camper online is very, very scary and you don't want to know how much shipping to Kodiak costs with the way gas prices are.
So if our camper looks like the pictures when I pick it up at the dock, I'll be extremely happy.

So this will be our home for a couple of months and I'm looking forward to it. I guess it'll also come in handy for possible hurricane evacuations. I'm so excited about our cross-country trip!
House pictures will follow after closing.......
